If you have a cancer diagnosis and are ready for treatment, or you want a second opinion, MSK Direct will make it easy to get the very best care and the attention you need.

With your 32BJ Health Plan, you are automatically eligible for this program.

The MSK Direct Team will:

• Make an appointment for you at MSK, usually within two business days.
• Help you gather your medical records for your first appointment.
• Meet you at your first appointment to introduce you to the facility and your care team.
• Continue to be a resource for you during your treatment at MSK.
